Delhi HC: Pregnancy Out of Consensual Relationship Can’t be Terminated After 20 Weeks - (18 Jul 2022)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Delhi High Court has held that an unmarried woman, whose pregnancy arises out of a consensual relationship, is clearly not covered by any of the Clauses under the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Rules, 2003.
