P&H HC: Electricity Consumer Liable to Pay Surcharge if Consumption in Excess of Sanctioned Load - (18 Jul 2022)

ELECTRICITY

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that in case of electricity consumption beyond the sanction load, the electricity consumer is liable to pay penalty in the form of demand surcharge.
