J&K&L HC Dismisses Accused' Appeal Claiming Plea of Juvenility - (18 Jul 2022)

CRIMINAL

Jammu & Kashmir & Ladakh High Court has dismissed an appeal filed by an accused in the 2019 Pulwama Terror Attack, claiming that he was a juvenile at the time of alleged offence.
