Bombay HC: Amendment to S.34 Application of A&C Act Not Permissible if it Intends New Challenge - (18 Jul 2022)

ARBITRATION

Bombay High Court has held that amendment to the application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act would not be allowed if it leads to absolutely new grounds to challenge the award.
