SC to Nagaland SEC: When Will You Notify Elections Of Municipalities And Town Councils? - (15 Jul 2022)

ELECTION

Supreme Court while criticized the State Government for delay in every stage of process of implementing 33% reservation of women in state bodies, has asked the Nagaland State Election Commission (SEC) to inform by when they would notify elections of Municipalities and Town Council.
