Madras HC: Leave Travel Concession for Traveling Abroad Not a Statutory Right - (14 Jul 2022)

SERVICE

Madras High Court has held that concessions or facilities extended by way of Administrative Instructions beyond the scope of the rules cannot be construed as an absolute right to the employees. Additional facility to travel abroad is concession and cannot e construed as service right.
