ITAT: Deduction of Compensation for Breach of Contract Can’t be Allowed Based Only on Bank Statement - (13 Jul 2022)

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Pune Bench has held that deduction of compensation paid for breach of contract cannot be allowed based on bank statement alone.
