Delhi HC: Allowing Fabricated Allegations Against Entire Family May Lead to Misuse of Process of Law - (13 Jul 2022)

Delhi High Court has held that if false implications by fabricated allegations against the entire family in matrimonial disputes are allowed, it may lead to further misuse of process of law.
