Telangana HC: Married Woman Willfully Cohabitating With Another Man Can't Prosecute Him for Rape - (12 Jul 2022)

Telangana High Court has held that a married woman, willfully cohabitating with another man, cannot prosecute him for Rape on his refusal to marry her.
