CESTAT: Providing Trained Manpower to Overseas Customers is Not an Intermediary - (11 Jul 2022)

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Mumbai Bench has held that providing trained manpower to overseas customers is not an intermediary and allowed refund claims under the provision of CENVAT Credit.
