Delhi HC Put Stay on 193,908 Orders Issued by Trademarks Registry - (06 Apr 2016)

Delhi HC has stayed a staggering 193,908 orders issued by the Comptroller General of Patents, Design and Trademarks between 28 and 31 March, scrapping as many trademark applications.
