Delhi Court: No Preferential Treatment to Convicts Only on Account of Gender - (07 Jul 2022)

CRIMINAL

Delhi Court while awarding five year jail to 40 years old woman for dealing in fake currency has held that a convict cannot claim preferential treatment on account of her gender.
