Kerala HC: Power to Amend Service Law Does Not Mean Power to Apply it Differently to Similar Persons - (07 Jul 2022)

Kerala High Court has held that the power of the government to make or amend laws determining the service conditions of its employees cannot confer them the power to apply such laws differently to similarly situated persons.
