Delhi HC Stays Bail Granted to Ex-Congress Leader Sajjan Kumar - (06 Jul 2022)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has stayed a Trial Court order which had granted bail to former Congress leader Sajjan Kumar in connection with a case of rioting and murder of a man and his son residing in West Delhi area during the 1984 Anti-Sikh Riots.
