Delhi HC: Courts Should be Sensitive When Poor And Deprived Knock at its Doors - (05 Jul 2022)

Delhi High Court while granting relief to jhuggi dwellers, has held that when poor and deprived knock at the doors of the Court, it is required to be sensitive and sensitised in equal measure.
