Kerala HC Refuses to Entertain Plea Challenging Agnipath Scheme - (05 Jul 2022)

DEFENCE

Kerala High Court while refusing to entertain plea filed by 23 candidates who have cleared physical and medical tests for Indian Army in 2021, has held that Armed Forces Tribunal is the appropriate forum to decide the challenge.
