SC Expressed Concern Over Man Arrested in Maharashtra Despite Interim Protection Granted by SC - (05 Jul 2022)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has disapproved the act of Maharashtra police obtaining a non-bailable warrant against a man and the order of the Magistrate sending him to judicial custody despite the fact that an interim order staying his arrest was passed by Supreme Court itself.
