Supreme Court Rejects FSSAI Petition Against Bombay High Court's Order on 2013 Advisory - (20 Aug 2015)

Supreme Court has dismissed petition filed by Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) against Bombay High Court's order staying its 2013 advisory requiring manufacturers to take approvals for the products already in market.
