ITAT: Depreciation Not Allowable for Expenditure Availed on Professional or Legal Services - (04 Jul 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Bangalore Bench has held that depreciation is not allowable for expenditure availed on professional or legal services which don’t create any commercial right.
