Bombay High Court Orders Goa Panchayat Polls to be Held in 45 Days - (01 Jul 2022)

ELECTION

Bombay High Court has reprimanded Goa government for postponing elections to 186 Panchayats in the State, noting that such defiance to comply with Constitutional mandate to hold elections have become a regular feature.
