Kerala HC: Cabinet Papers Yet to be Brought Before CoM Exempted from Disclosure Under RTI Act - (30 Jun 2022)

Kerala High Court has ruled that potential cabinet papers which have not yet been brought before the Council of Ministers (CoM) are exempted from disclosure under the Right to Information Act.
