Kerala HC Seeks Explanation for Remand of Accused Arrested in Breach of Arnesh Kumar Guidelines - (29 Jun 2022)

Kerala High Court has sought explanation from a Magistrate for remanding two accused in a case in which arrest was made without satisfying the guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar v. State Of Bihar.
