Gujarat HC Observes Inconsistency In State And Central Election Commission Rules - (05 Apr 2016)

Gujarat HC, while observing inconsistency in State and Central Election Commission Rules has said that both Commissions being Constitutional bodies should have uniformity in rules and adjourned the hearing to April 25, seeking replies.
