Bombay HC to State: Look into Constitution of State Board & Regulatory Authorities for Surrogacy - (28 Jun 2022)

Bombay High Court has directed the Maharashtra Government to expeditiously look into the constitution of regulatory authorities for surrogacy procedures under the new Assisted Reproductive Technology Act and Surrogacy Act.
