Rajasthan HC: Police to Charge Married Couple for Police Protection if it Has Adequate Income - (27 Jun 2022)

CRIMINAL

Rajasthan High Court has held that if the petitioner's income is more than taxable income under the Income Tax Act, Superintendent of Police after considering the financial aspect may charge appropriate financial charges from them for police protection granted.
