Gauhati HC Quashes Poll Code Violation Case Against Assam CM HB Sarma - (27 Jun 2022)

Gauhati High Court while quashing poll code violation case against Assam Chief Minister (CM) has held that it is high time to re-visit the provision enunciated in Section 126 of the Representation of People Act.
