Madras HC to TASMAC: Consider Implementing Empty Liquor Bottle Buy-Back Scheme Across State - (27 Jun 2022)

Madras High Court, while hearing petition for protection of western ghats area has held that Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited’s (TASMAC) buy-back scheme implemented in the Nilgiris region should be implemented across the state of Tamil Nadu.
