Kar. HC: There Cannot be Any 'Deemed Forest' Under The Forest Conservation Act - (24 Jun 2022)

Karnataka High Court has held that a land can either be a 'forest' or a "forest land", but there cannot be any 'deemed forest' under the Forest Conservation Act.
