Guj. HC: Can't Permit Single Mother to Sell Minor's Share in Property Without Relevant Material - (22 Jun 2022)

Gujarat High Court has held that if relevant material details are not provided, even a mother can be looked at with suspicion and be denied permission to sell off property of minor child, despite her being a natural guardian.
