P&H HC Denies Pre-Arrest Bail to Father Allegedly Conspiring With Son Who Married Multiple Times - (21 Jun 2022)

CRIMINAL

Punjab and Haryana High Court while denying anticipatory bail to the father in a case where he was allegedly acting in connivance with his son who married multiple times without getting divorce from his disabled spouse, held that custodial interrogation necessary to unravel the truth.
