Madras HC: Public Employment Cannot Be Obtained By Paying Bribe - (21 Jun 2022)

CRIMINAL

Madras High Court while rejecting plea for interim custody of Rs. 10 Lakh seized in a job racketing case, has expressed and directed all concerned that public appointment is only by selection process and no job can be obtained by giving bribe.
