Rajasthan HC: No Criminal Action Against Advocate if Legal Advice Goes Wrong - (20 Jun 2022)

CRIMINAL

Rajasthan High Court has held that if any legal advice rendered by an Advocate goes wrong, the same would not subject him to criminal prosecution, as a lawyer. He may be held liable for professional misconduct, if it is established by placing evidence on record.
