Delhi HC: Allegations That Voting Strategy of Individual is Sold Off, Encroaches Right to Privacy - (16 Jun 2022)

Delhi High Court has held that alleging that the voting strategy of an individual or of a political party or their nominees has been sold off without any foundational basis clearly encroaches upon the right of privacy.
