SC to UP Govt.: Demolitions Can't Take Place Without Notices - (16 Jun 2022)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has directed the Uttar Pradesh (UP) government not to carry out demolition activities except in accordance with the procedure established by law. The Court granted State 3 days to demonstrate how the recent demolitions were in compliance with the procedural and municipal laws.
