Kar. HC: Communication Between 2 People Without Being Referred to Other Departments Not Defamation - (16 Jun 2022)

Karnataka High Court has held that a pure official communication between two people, without it being referred to any other department cannot become the ingredient of Section 499 of the Indian Penal Code.
