Allahabad HC: Misuse of Section 498A of IPC Affecting Institution of Marriage - (15 Jun 2022)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has held that misuse of Section 498A of Indian Penal Code (IPC) is impacting the traditional institution of marriage and live-in relationships are replacing traditional marriage to avoid legal baggage.
