Bombay HC Enraged After MMRDA Demolishes Alleged Structure 15 Minute Before Hearing - (15 Jun 2022)

Bombay High Court took strong exception to the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority's (MMRDA) action of demolishing an alleged unauthorized structure 15 minutes before the case was heard by the bench.
