SC: Plea of Self Defence Need Not be Proved Beyond Reasonable Doubt - (15 Jun 2022)

Supreme Court has held that accused who takes up the plea of self defence need not prove it beyond reasonable doubt and that it would suffice if he could show the prevalence of probabilities.
