ITAT: Law Does Not Mandate Written Agreement to Prove Commission Expenses - (13 Jun 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Delhi bench while deleting an order disallowing expenses has held that there is no law that mandates a written agreement to prove the commission expenses under the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
