MP HC Quashes Rape Case Filed by Second Wife After a Delay of 18 Years - (13 Jun 2022)

CRIMINAL

Madhya Pradesh High Court has quashed a rape case against a man registered after a delay of 18 years by his second wife as the Court noted that it was a frivolous case and indicated false allegations against the man.
