Allahabad HC: Frequent Visits to Parents House Without Husband’s Consent is Not Desertion - (13 Jun 2022)

Allahabad High Court has held that the act of wife in visiting her parents’ house frequently without taking consent of her husband and other family members does not constitute offence of desertion or cruelty.
