Gujarat HC: Voluntary Retirement Come in Force on Expiry of Notice Period if Not Expressly Denied - (13 Jun 2022)

SERVICE

Gujarat High Court has held that if the appointing authority does not permit or refuse to grant the permission for retirement before the expiry of the notice period, the voluntary retirement shall become effective from the date of expiry of said notice period.
