SC: NHAI Best Judge to Decide Which Land to Acquire - (13 Jun 2022)

LAND ACQUISITION

Supreme Court has held that National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) can be said to be best judge to decide which land to be acquired and which not to be acquired for the purpose of construction of the Highways.
