Delhi HC: Treatment of Children With Rare Diseases Can’t Be Suspended for Lack of Clinical Studies - (10 Jun 2022)

Delhi High Court has held that treatment of children suffering from rare diseases should not be suspended on the ground that long term clinical trial studies are not available.
