Delhi HC: Expeditiously Fill Vacant Posts in Adjudicatory Authority Under PMLA - (09 Jun 2022)

SERVICE

Delhi High Court has directed filling up all the vacant posts in Adjudicatory Authority under Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) on an expeditious basis within a period of four months.
