CESTAT: Attempt to Smuggle Prohibited Goods Cannot be Brushed Aside as Mere Violation of CBLR - (09 Jun 2022)

Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Chennai bench has held that an attempt to smuggle prohibited goods cannot be brushed aside as mere violation of Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations (CBLR).
