ITAT Disallows IT Deduction U/S 80IA as Income From Eligible Unit Not Shown in Gross Total Income - (08 Jun 2022)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Cuttack bench has disallowed deduction under Section 80IA of Income-Tax Act, 1961 since income from eligible unit not shown in gross total income.
