AAR: GST Not Payable on Monthly Collection Upto Rs.7500 Per Member of RWA - (08 Jun 2022)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Telangana Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR) has held that GST is not payable on monthly collection not exceeding Rs. 7500 per member of the Resident Welfare Association (RWA).
