Delhi HC: Reserved Category Candidate Can Rectify Mistake of Applying in Unreserved Category - (08 Jun 2022)

Delhi High Court has held that a candidate of reserved category who has committed a bona fide mistake of applying under unreserved category for an examination should be given an opportunity to rectify the same, if such action does not cause prejudice to any candidate.
