Karnataka HC: Blacklisting Without Prior Notice Affects Right to Life of Contractor - (08 Jun 2022)

CIVIL

Karnataka High Court has held that blacklisting or debarring of a Contractor from participating in any contract has civil consequences and thus, prior notice indicating the reasons for blacklisting and debarment has to be communicated so as not to affect his right to life.
